Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Hamanio.

Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use Hamanio.
Your content
You retain ownership of the projects and work you upload. By publishing, you grant Hamanio a licence to display that content on your portfolio and in discovery surfaces such as search and recruiter tools.
Do not upload content you do not have the rights to, or that is unlawful, misleading or infringing. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Marketplace & payments
Sellers set their own prices. Hamanio charges a 10% platform commission on completed marketplace sales. Subscriptions renew for the period selected until cancelled; you can manage or cancel a plan from Settings → Subscription.
Annual plans may be refunded pro-rata within the first 14 days. Marketplace purchases of delivered digital goods are generally non-refundable.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the platform, attempt to bypass payment or access controls, scrape data at scale, or interfere with other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
